1969 Jaguar E-Type 4.2 S11 Roadster

1969 Jaguar E-Type 4.2 Manual S11 Roadster RHD UK car first reg. 1.9.1969. Finished in the rare colour combination of Jet Black with black hide interior and carpets with a black mohair hood and bag plus chrome wire wheels.

The subject of a total ground up restoration including a rebuilt tub and subframes and complete mechanical overhaul in the early 90,s to a very high standard including full waxoyl anti corrosion protection with supporting photographs and letter from the owner who undertook the restoration. The mileage covered since is only 7,000 with an invoice file re. parts and servicing to date including a Jaguar Heritage certificate,Handbook and service book. A new mohair hood and bag have just been fitted and the overall condition of the body , undersides and engine bay is superb and looks like it was only recently restored with beautiful paintwork , brightwork and interior.

The mechanics are first class with makers oil pressure and a lovely smooth quiet transmission and is one of the best driving Series 11’s I have owned and is ready to use and enjoy representing great value for a totally restored U.K. car with minimal mileage.
