1967 Austin Healey Sprite Sebring recreation by Brian Archer number 17 of under 100 built some of which have had considerable competition success.
This example in metallic B.R.G. with black comp. seats was built between 2001 and 2005 using a 67 Sprite donor with a new Heritage shell for fast road/ competition use with a Peter May 1310 c.c. engine , Swiftune cam, Longman head,1.5 inch SU,s, Maniflow exhaust, straight cut close ratio Jack Knight gears.fitted roll cage , comp. seats., and much , much, more!
The history file has a 2 inch thick invoice file with bills for over £22,000 excluding the hundreds of hours the previous owner would have spent on the car during the build, plus a 1 inch thick highly detailed build and photo file from start to finish typed and bound with pictures of every aspect of work carried out over the 4 year build period with a diary detailing the most minute detail of all work carried out the like and high standard of which I have never come across in 35 years in the car business !
The build quality is quite superb and to concours standards in every respect and is more or less as new and offers an opportunity to buy a virtual out of the box Sebring evocation for a fraction of the true build cost the period reg. number NSU 368 is included in the sale.
