The car is in superb condition having covered only 12,000 miles from new with 4 owners the last since 2003 as part of a private collection. We supplied the car in 2003 prior to which we carried out a sympathetic restoration including a total repaint in the original colour plus rechrome.
This is one of only 12 Jaguar V12 5.3 engined cars built and one of just 3 Right Hand Drive cars built, one of which was destroyed in a fire, making this one of just 2 examples that remain and the rarest of all the J72,s built by Robert Jankel at Panther Westwinds, which totalled less than 500 in all between 1972 and 1981 and offers a unique opportunity to acquire one of these fabulous incarnations of the Jaguar SS 100 which cost new over £9000 which was 3 times the price of a Jaguar E-Type V12 Roadster.
